Our Order and Production Process
DISCLAIMER:
This is our standard timeline.
All production timelines vary depending on the size of the project.
A specific timeline will be tailored to your product during consultation.
DAYS 1-2
ENQUIRY
​Send your enquiry via email, Facebook, Instagram DM, Phone or Website.
This will enable us to capture information on your details, event and what you envision.
Enquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
DAYS 3-7
CONSULTATION​
To avoid back and forth responses, a call or meeting will be scheduled to ensure that we have fully captured your vision.
This includes:
• Understanding your specifications and preferences
• Clarifying the specific materials required
• Timeline
• Budget
• Final deliverables (Pick up or delivery)
This will be scheduled once your initial enquiry has been responded to.
DAYS 8-10
PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT + QUOTATION
​A tailored proposal will be provided that outlines design concepts, product options, a quote and specific production timeline. Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.

Once you have reviewed and approved these, a 30% deposit will be required.
The production process will not commence until payment has been received.
DAYS 11-24
PRODUCTION PROCESS
​Artwork and/or design mock ups will be created and shared to you for feedback and revisions.
Your approval of the finalised design will be required to complete the production process.
Once we have received your approval, preparation and assembly will begin. Please allow 7-14 days for this to be completed.
You will be notified when we have started and a final invoice of remaining balance will be issued. This is due within 7 days from date of notification.
DAYS 25-29
QUALITY ASSURANCE + PACKING​
Once production has been completed, we will conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all products meet your design and material specifications.​
Items will then be packed safely and securely.
DAYS 30-37
FINAL DELIVERABLES
​Once the completed products are ready and final payment has been received, you will be contacted via text message to arrange pick up from location (full address will be provided once arranged).
If delivery or shipping has been included in the proposal, you will be notified once they are ready and when it will be sent for delivery. If a third-party courier service has been engaged, a tracking number will be sent to you.
