How do I get started with my custom order?

It’s easy! Simply reach out via our website, email, or phone to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your ideas, review your needs, and work together to create a design plan that perfectly suits you.

Do you offer services for Businesses as well as Events? 

Yes! While we specialise in creating custom designs and materials for events and special moments, we also work with businesses to develop branded materials, promotional items, corporate stationary, signage and more! We would also love to assist you in any of your business events! 

Do I need to pay a deposit? 

Yes please! Once you are satisfied with the tailored proposal and quotation, your order will not be confirmed until a 30% deposit has been received.

Please note, the production process will not commence until payment has been received. 

Any delays may affect production  timelines.

Can you accommodate specific design styles or themes? 

Yes! We thrive on creating designs that reflect your individual style and the atmosphere you want for your event. 

What is your delivery method of the final product? 

We offer local pickup (full location will be provided upon arrangement),

shipping and delivery options.

Delivery and shipping fees may vary based on location.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Due to the custom and personalised nature of our work, cancellations cannot be made once you have approved any artwork and quotation. Cancellations may also result in no refunds.

What is your typical  turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary by project complexity.

We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow ample time for design, revisions, and production. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide a timeline that fits your event schedule.

For rush orders, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will I receive a proof of artwork prior to confirming an order?

A proof of artwork will be sent to you. Your order will not be confirmed until it has been approved in writing.

Timelines for project completion will begin only after the order is confirmed.

Can I bring my own item for decal customisation?

We understand the desire to add a personalised touch to your possessions; however, we do not accept external items.  The items that we decal are provided by a known supplier which allows us to guarantee consistent results in both appearance and longevity, which might not be possible with varied materials or finishes brought in by customers.
